Harini focuses on patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is a Registered Patent Agent with an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh and a Graduate Certificate in Global and Transnational Law from Duke University.
Harini has a strong technical background with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and has worked with well completions and seismic acquisition systems in the upstream sector of the petroleum industry. Before that, Harini worked as a design engineer in the telecommunications industry, where she contributed to the development, manufacture, and deployment of products for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) systems.
Harini is an inventor herself and her experience as a design and development engineer for electrical, mechanical, electro-optic, and fiber-optic devices, sensors, and systems enables her to effectively understand and protect complex technologies.
She is dedicated to helping clients secure and strengthen their intellectual property rights for their long-term success.
