Harini focuses on patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and provides trademark application and prosecution support to attorneys. She has an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh and a Certificate in Global and Transnational Law from Duke University. She has been granted Limited Recognition to practice before the USPTO in patent-related matters for our law firm.
Harini also has a strong technical background with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and has worked with well completions and seismic acquisition systems in the upstream sector of the petroleum industry. Before that, Harini worked as a design engineer in the telecommunications industry, where she contributed to the development, manufacture, and deployment of products for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) systems.
Harini is an inventor herself, and her experience as a design and development engineer for electrical, mechanical,electro-optic, and fiber-optic devices, sensors, and systems enables her to effectively understand and protect complex technologies.
She is dedicated to helping clients secure and strengthen their intellectual property rights for their long-term success.
